• Odour removal (lugtsanering) and deep cleaning of contaminated surfaces, floors and furniture.
• Disinfection with approved products – always with protective equipment and full discretion.

Our advantage: We guarantee complete confidentiality, working professionally with advanced protective equipment.

---

🧹 Clean-up of Neglected Homes (DK: social rengøring)

• Sorting and disposal of waste and belongings, agreed with you beforehand.
• Thorough cleaning of every room, including the kitchen, bathroom and hidden surfaces.
• Odour removal and disinfection where the smell has settled into the home.

Our advantage: We meet both the home and the resident without judgement – discreetly, and without the job becoming the talk of the stairwell.

---

📦 Move-out Cleaning (DK: flytterengøring)

• Handing over a flat or a house to a landlord or a new owner.
• We follow the landlord’s checklist: oven, fridge, limescale, window frames and the inside of cupboards.
• Windows cleaned inside and out, so the home is ready for inspection.
• Short notice possible when the handover date is close.

Our advantage: A fixed price from DKK 1,800 incl. VAT depending on the size of the home, agreed before we start — so you get your deposit back.

---

🧽 Deep Cleaning (DK: hovedrengøring)

• Thorough cleaning from top to bottom – including behind and underneath the furniture.
• Oven, fridge and extractor hood cleaned on the inside, and limescale removed from the bathroom, tiles and taps.
• Cupboards and drawers emptied and washed inside; windows cleaned internally, along with frames, skirting boards and panels.

Our advantage: A deep clean covers only 6–10 m² per hour against 15–20 for regular cleaning. That is why it is a service in its own right – and why you get a fixed price rather than an open hourly bill.

---

🏢 Office and Clinic Cleaning

• Focus on the surfaces small hands touch all day: door handles, railings, tables, taps, changing areas and toilets.
• We use your own products and machines — you know what is approved for your rooms, and we follow your instructions.

Our advantage: The same person every time, an agreed checklist, and a fixed monthly price that does not change along the way.

• Hedge trimming priced per running metre, one side or both.
• Weed burning on tiles and paving, and leaf clearing in autumn.

💰 How we price

• Minimum 2 hours per visit on hourly work.
• Normal working hours (Mon–Fri 08–16): weekly agreement 259 kr./hour incl. VAT, every second week 279 kr./hour, single visit 299 kr./hour.
• Evenings, weekends and public holidays by arrangement: 25 % surcharge – 349 kr./hour incl. VAT.
• Emergency call-out the same day (water damage, accident or sudden soiling): 449 kr./hour incl. VAT.
• Fixed tasks – move-out cleaning, deep cleaning and estate cleaning – are quoted at a fixed price, not per hour.
• Driving is included in Aabenraa, Sønderborg, Haderslev, Tønder, Kolding and Vejen. Outside that area it is agreed beforehand.
• Prices for private customers include VAT. Prices for businesses are quoted excluding VAT.

Remember servicefradrag – the hour really costs you from about 191 kr. If you live in the home and pay for the work yourself, the labour qualifies for the Danish home-service deduction: in 2026 up to 18,300 kr. per adult in the household, at a tax value of about 26 %. It covers cleaning, window cleaning and garden work – but not removals or disposal of belongings.
